Quality Systems
Multi-Concept, Inc. Quality Department staff of 28 has complete control over all aspects of quality and enforcing our quality program company-wide. The staff is also responsible for conducting our continuous in-house quality training program for employees.
Our quality systems control all aspects of manufacturing, from incoming QC, on-line assembly, functional test, final test and packaging. It also controls tracability of all Bill of Material components as well as the finished product via bar coding and/or RFIC tagging.
All product is 100% functionally tested and 100% visually inspected prior to shipment. We are currently operating at Six Sigma for some of our large volume customers.
